INCI: Caprylyl Methicone 

Features:

• Caprylyl silicone oil for personal care products ZG-XJ002 is alkyl modified trisiloxane,

• It has low viscosity and low surface tension, good wettability, excellent medium volatile.

• It is insoluble in water, but has good compatibility with most organic oil such as ethanol, toluene etc. It is good compatibilizer for silicone oil and hydrocarbon oil.

•  It is widely used in personal care products. Its super diffusion ability can promote skin absorption, increase gloss and smoothness and reduce viscosity and greasy feeling.

Used in personal care products

Can be used as a carrier of other components; dispersion medium of hydrophobic powder and pigment; also can be used for personal care products such as skin care products (for example moisturizing agent, hairspray, remover, cleanser), cosmetics (for example: sunscreen, lipstick), hair care products, sunscreen, antiperspirant and deodorant.

The specific amount of addition is determined according to the formula test.

Package and Storage：

² The product should be stored in a clean, sealed container, avoiding contact with acids, alkalis and other impurities, and not exposed to open flames.

² The product should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool place after storage. The shelf period is 12 months. If over the shelf period, it should be re-tested before us.

²  Packed in 20kg, 150kg drum. Other requirements needs to be negotiated.
