• It is a low-viscosity, volatile polydimethylsiloxane.

• It possesses good insulation properties, high water resistance, high shear strength, high compressibility, high dispersibility, low surface tension, low reactivity, low vapor pressure, excellent heat stability, and leveling properties.
• It is soluble in most solvents and exhibits good compatibility with most cosmetic ingredients. It provides excellent dispersibility, leaves no residue or sediment, imparts no greasy feel, and makes the skin soft and smooth.
• It is commonly used as a base liquid or volatile carrier in personal care products, particularly in antiperspirants and deodorants, due to its superior dispersibility and unique volatility.
