Hand feeling Agent

ZG51 Hand-feeling Agent, also known as the Abrasion - resistant Agent or Smoothing Agent, is an ultra - high - molecular - weight polydimethylsiloxane elastic emulsion. It can form a very thin silicone layer on the surface of the paint film, bringing excellent smoothness to the paint film, reducing the friction coefficient, and thus enhancing the abrasion resistance of the paint film.

Hand - feeling agent, Abrasion - resistant agent,  Anti - scratch additive,  Slip - enhancing agent, lubricant, anti-blocking/Anti tackiness additive, etc. 

It can reduce the friction coefficient, prevent blocking, and improve abrasion resistance. It provides an excellent hand - feeling with a small addition amount. It is applied in the following industrial fields:  water-based inks, water-based varnishes, water - based wood coatings, leather and shoe material inks, etc. It does not affect the gloss and transparency of the coating. When using, it should be diluted with water or water - soluble alcohol - ether solvents, dispersed evenly, and then added to the system. The general addition amount is 0.1% to 0.5%.
