• ZG-TMJ-01 is a high purity, white free flowing methyl MQ silicone resin powder specially developed for mold release agent formulations. It provides excellent film forming ability, high temperature resistance, stable demolding performance and good compatibility with most silicone based release systems.

• It forms a thin, uniform and heat resistant protective layer on mold surfaces, ensuring smooth and easy demolding, reducing mold abrasion and avoiding staining or transferring to finished products. It is widely used in high performance release agents for rubber, silicone, polyurethane, epoxy resin and plastic molding applications.
