It is mainly used in industrial sectors such as the automotive, motorcycle, electrical machinery, and machinery industries. For example, it is applied to the die-casting, rolling lubrication, and demoulding processes in the manufacturing of components like cylinders, pistons, engines, carburetors, commutators, fuel tanks, radiators, brake housings, motor stator housings, and mechanical equipment components.

Performance of No Carbon Deposits

There will be no carbon deposits or scale formed on the surface of the mold and the castings, which will not affect subsequent surface treatments such as electroplating and spraying.

Demoulding Performance

When sprayed on the surface of the mold, the active ingredients will immediately form a dense film. This film can withstand high pressure and scouring during the injection process, effectively preventing the adhesion between the die-cast products and the mold, playing the roles of release and anti-sticking.

High Temperature Resistance and Lubrication Performance

The film formation is uniform without accumulation, and the surface of the castings is bright without color spots. It has good adhesion to the surface of high-temperature molds and can be operated when the mold temperature is as high as 350 degrees Celsius, and can be used when the temperature of the castings reaches 700 degrees Celsius.
